Processing & Delivery:
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–7 days, including weekends. We work on both weekdays and weekends to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

(Some shipments to the USA will get canceled because of the duties. You will get a 100% refund. But it's a really small chance for that to happen).

Custom Orders:
All products are custom-made; therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
